Military cemetery in Ureliki
In the background one can see Ureliki – a military town of once largest military base in Chukotka. All you can see there now is empty tumbledown apartment buildings. On the other side of the bay there is Providence settlement. A few kilometres to the left, on Beklemesh Mountain, there is once best radar station in the Russian Far East. Everything looks abandoned, broken and plundered. The cemetery is the only place that remained whole.
